Dr. De Leon joins PAFTE Board Assembly

Elected Vice-President for Luzon of the Philippine Association for Teachers and Educators (PAFTE)-National Dr. Elmer B. de Leon attended the board officers’ assembly to discuss relevant matters, plans, issues and concerns on teacher education development of the country. To note, officers come from various reputable teacher education institutions in the country.
