LPC-LTS rolls out community orientation for next sequel of Edukalinga for senior citizens

Students of Literacy Training Service (LTS) of Limay Polytechnic College conducted community orientation of their next sequel of Edukalinga Program with senior citizens at Brgy. Luz & Kitang II, Limay, Bataan. The elderly enjoyed the program set by the students that won their acceptance and active engagement. With this warming jumpstart, the elderly populace are excited to have the program according to the curriculum designed for this special purpose. To note, this informal education besets lifelong learning skills, basic communication, personal health care, character formation, social development and livelihood education. The assistance provided by the coordinating multi- sectoral agencies, Senior Citizens Limay Chapter, local government and the barangay officials, everything is expected to be outright. Thus, this program brings brighter light to the elderly who express that they feel lesser opportunity for educational and social engagement. And responsively, the LPC Teacher Education Dept., thru the Edukalinga, as an extension program can be able to provide them.
