LPC conducts Year-end Review and Assessment

Limay Polytechnic College had its year-end review and assessment and commitment ceremony on December 20, 2024 at Piging Events and Catering Place, Orion, Bataan themed "Malayo na, Malayo pa: A Review of Present towards Bridging the Future Directions of LPC. In detail, Pres. Dr. Elmer B. De Leon laid down the status, conditions and directions of the institution, including the gaps and coping interventions toward sustaining the prescribed standards in order to survive. He chuncked his talk thematically on (1) Current Status and Condition, (2) Gaps and Feedbacks, (3) Challenges and Opportunities, and (4) Future Directions. He also mentioned the need to review and revise the current institutional vision-mission to harmonize with the standards, new trends and wider demands as LPC gears toward internationalization, student success and employable and future-ready graduates in the job market. Leaving the brim of challenges, everyone reflected and renewed their commitment to the institution in creating a new brand that would bring impact to greater communities beyond classroom walls. By vowing their commitment, the faculty and staff set a new direction, a new wave of responsibilities, resilience and positive attitude toward change, development and innovations for reforms and transformations as LPC faces new glitz in 2025 and beyond.
