Limay Polytechnic College (LPC) officially launched its 3-day Intramurals Sports event for the academic year 2024-2025 today, November 27, at the Limay Sports Complex. The ceremony began with a fun run participated in by students, faculty, and staff, followed by a Zumba session and a unity dance. Meanwhile, colorful parades featured new teams from various departments — the Green Vipers, Yellow Tigers, Thunder Wolves, and Purple Rex — each proudly showcasing their banners and athletes. On the other hand, College President Elmer De Leon led the event with opening remarks — emphasizing LPC's vision for sports development. “We keep on growing, we keep on progressing, we keep on upgrading,” De Leon stated, before officially declaring the opening of Intramurals 2024. Cecil Gerald Roxas, Vice Chair of the Sangguniang Bayan Committee, and Remedios Mendoza, a member of the Board of Trustees, delivered heartfelt greetings. The event also included the hoisting of team banners, the lighting of the torch, and a ceremonial ball toss to mark the start of the games.
