As such, LPC appreciated and acknowledged CHEDRO3 for considering the said institution that brings courage, determination and confidence to make it at par despite the size, limitations and challenges. Likewise, Dr. De Leon and Mr. Banda were able to establish more networking opportunities for benchmarking, collaboration and mentoring initiatives that these world ranked universities have committed and pledged to LPC.
